Tokyo-Gabriel

While it took me a while to get used to their style, I like it quite a bit now. The faces are very angular -- moreso than most doujinshi art. They usually draw Snape/Lupin, which is a pairing I like (although I still prefer het). I think that these are doujinshi worth buying.

Title: Ai no Jibaku Souchi (Equipment for the Self-Destruction of Love)
Circle: Tokyo-Gabriel
Art: B
Rating: PG
Pairing: Snape/Lupin, Sirius/Lupin
Number of Pages: 60

Other Info:
Published on June 29, 2003. Comic/Novel. The love triangle is back and it looks like Snape is the winner. Lupin refuses a letter from Severus, which makes Sirius very happy but James decides it's time to help ... and convinces Lupin to read Snape's second letter. There's also a novel, which I can't understand at all.

Title: Fu-Ca (??)
Circle: Tokyo-Gabriel
Art: B
Rating: PG
Pairing: Sirius/Lupin
Number of Pages: 32

Other Info:
Published on December 28, 2002. This doujinshi is set during Sirius & Lupin's school days. Sirius is a little upset when Lupin won't let him kiss him. Lupin gets sick and Lily is a bit disturbed when she sees Sirius and James just a little too close .... This is a fairly serious story exploring Sirius & Lupin's relationship. It's a good doujinshi, although the art style is a bit odd.

Title: Something in the Snow
Circle: Tokyo-Gabriel
Art: B
Rating: PG
Pairing: Snape/Lupin
Number of Pages: 28

Other Info:
Published on January 5, 2002. This doujinshi has three different stories. One is a Snape/Lupin story set during PoA when Snape and Lupin are both at Hogwarts. Another, two part one, is set during Snape and Lupins sorting. This is a pretty good doujinshi, although the art is a bit odd (very angular). After I got used to it, I really started to like how this circle draws Snape.

Title: Die Wendeltreppe
Circle: Tokyo-Gabriel
Art: B
Rating: R
Pairing: Snape/Lupin, Sirius/Lupin
Number of Pages: 62

Other Info:
Published on April 27, 2002. Comic/Novel. Ah. Love triangles. In this one, Snape is jealous of Lupin and Sirius. When Lupin comes into the library to get a book that Snape already has, he decides to take advantage of the situation. There's also a novel in this doujinshi but there's no way I can read it. I'm a bit iffy about this doujinshi. The art is good (although a bit odd) and I like how this circle draws Snape. However, Lupin is not consenting at first and I really don't like non-con. I guess it's up to you.

Design and (rather crappy) layout created by DrMM, January 2003. Harry Potter fanart drawn by Emi and is used with permission. Do not reuse her art without permission. Also, please respect the doujinshi artist and do not use any scan from this site for a layout, icon, etc. Harry Potter is owned by J.K. Rowling, Warner Brothers, Bloomsbury and Scholastic. Not me. I wish I did because then I would be very, very rich.
